after a day of laying bricks, hauling wooden beams, and miscellaneous trash
my lower back is protesting from my efforts of carrying more than i should.

but there's always something satisfying about using hands-on albeit mind-numbing work and seeing that immediate tangible result.

still, thank God for the sabbath. it's going to be a much needed day of rest.
