but i'm going to be really mad if my applications are all disqualified because the profs are too slow to get the reference letters out before the deadline.

i mean application fees aren't what i would call cheap. they came up to about 400 dollars for 4 schools.

for a discipline that's obsessed with efficiency, you guys sure heck don't exemplify it!
