I've developed odd sleeping habits. I come home pretty much tired and knackered most days. and when I reach home, I accomplish very little at night. This leads to guilt-ridden sleep and I end up waking at 430 am or 5am most days to do work that should have been done the night before. It actually works out pretty well since I'm most productive in those wee hours of the morning

Except, when the day proper starts again, I get tired quick and end up being unproductive at night again. which would be fine if I slept at 10 instead of sleeping at midnight or 1am.

headache.
eyebags.
horrible! at this rate I will look older than 30 before i even get to cross that threshold !
