maybe its just patriotism rearing its head.
but i love singapore airport and she remains the most efficient airport to me despite the presence of new and bigger challengers.

at least, we don't see things like the article below.

i talked to don about this, and we were discussing whether in asia, there is more of an inclination to learn. asians may tend to value human capital highly and i think that's why it's easier to make them undergo training programs when there are new systems to adopt.

or it could be a fear of authority that just drives us to adapt to the situation or lose your job....

but i think things are harder in other areas where people have an attitude that they don't need to change for anyone else.

controversial statement of course.
