signs that you're not really a big hockey fan

1. you arrive late at the game, missing like the first periodbecause you were reluctant to leave the warmth of your own house and face the freezing cold outside.
and forrest gump at that point seemed so compelling.

2. you brought raisins as your snack food for the game.

3. your friend leaves during the second period to help you get nachos and beer.

i don't understand why the hell some people would buy a ticket and then leave halfway while the game is still going?!

4. you felt that the fight during the game was orchaestrated

5. you didn't realize when they even scored a goal at some points

ok lah i suck.
i realise that what makes watching hockey (or any sport game besides formula one and tennis sometimes) for me and getting enthralled about it, is watching it with people (whom i know) who are passionate about it.
people who can tell you what's going on and in the midst of explaining will burst out in expletives when their team misses a shot or something else happens.
people who because of their enthusiasm of the game... get you excited about it as well.

in any case i enjoyed myself last night.
